The work
This is what somebody deciding whether to trust you with a house actually wants. Added from a phone on the day a job wraps — two photos, one line about what it was, done.

The gallery is seven photographs
For a builder, the gallery is the sell. Somebody deciding whether to trust you with a house is looking for the last dozen kitchens you finished — and there are seven pictures and about thirty words on the whole page.
Nothing asks for the job
There is a contact form, but nothing that helps somebody describe what they want built, or tells them what happens after they press send.
The footer says 2022
Small, but it is the number a stranger checks to work out whether a trade is still taking work. Four years is long enough to make somebody hesitate.
Two addresses in circulation
The site gives Telkwa; the Chamber directory lists a Smithers street. Neither is wrong exactly, but a licensed builder wants one answer to “where are you”.
The site was built once and it works. What it does not do is keep up with the work — and for a trade where the portfolio is the pitch, that is the part worth changing.
1
Show the work properly
Every finished job as a short before-and-after, added from a phone on the day it wraps. That is the single biggest thing on this list.
2
Make enquiring easy to start
A form that asks what and roughly when, then says what happens next and how long a reply takes.
3
Put the credentials up front
Licensed builder, CHBA North, RenoMark. Those are trust signals people actively look for and they are currently a line at the bottom.
4
One address, and a year that updates itself
Fixed once, correct from then on.
